How we work with you

An initial meeting is focused upon gathering the clients requirements followed by:

  • A site survey
  • Drawing of designs and plans for the garden or landscape
  • Choosing materials including client accompanied visits to suppliers and to previously completed projects for reference.

Subsequent to this an estimate for the work to be carried out is prepared and timescales established for each phase of the work.

Our objective is to clearly identify what your requirements are and talk it through with you.
We want to ensure that the implications of a certain design in terms of future maintenance are understood and arrive at the best option for you for now, in 6 months or two years further on.

Working on Site
The attention to the preparation of working on site is as important as designing and landscaping the garden itself.
We aim to be clean and organised, consider the protection of existing surfaces and environment i.e. driveways, paths and existing plants and shrubbery and focus on delivery access and storage of materials that are to be used in the landscaping of the garden.
Last but not least we consider the current use of the work area: Is it residential, a school, a business? How does the planned work affect the local environment in terms of access, noise and disruption and how can this be minimised.

Health and Safety
Our staff are trained and certified in health and safety best practice and first aid training is a point of ongoing focus.

"We think that the close looks very impressive with the block paving, new grass and chippings presenting a well cared for entrance for all of our bungalows"
